What is this blog about?

We have three Ragamuffin cats–two of which live with my parents, and one which lives with me.  This blog is to keep my family updated on my cat my life.

I want one of those! Where can I get one?

If you would like to have a Ragamuffin of your own, please, please consider adopting first. There are a number of friendly and gorgeous Ragamuffins, Ragdolls, and docile long-haired cats in shelters that are waiting for someone to love. Petfinder.com is a good resource for finding purebred (and non-purebred) kitties at shelters and rescues in your area.

If adoption is not an option or you would like to buy a pedigreed Ragamuffin kitten or retired adult Ragamuffin cat, please choose a responsible breeder who is a member of the Ragamuffin Associated Group and has a history of exhibiting their cats at the AFCA, CFA, or TICA. Even better, buy a Ragamuffin kitten and adopt a friend for it at your local shelter. Your cats will thank you. :)
